Our flagship, web-based program, Springboard, supports growth in personal health and energy across the whole life spectrum. Springboard’s practices are backed by decades of research and delivered by highly experienced and credentialed experts in physical and psycho-social health, workplace wellness, and behavioral science. The program combines their interdisciplinary knowledge with an engaging experience that encourages participants to integrate these practices into everyday life, leading to better health, increased energy, and long-term flourishing. When applied to groups of individuals in organizational settings, the health and energy of both individuals and the organizations grow significantly.
