We provide this Policy to help you make an informed decision about whether to continue to access Website or the Services. This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service located on our Website at www.advanced-wellness-systems.com/terms-of-service, which is incorporated herein by reference.

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. AWS may collect automatically submitted Information regarding your computer and connection, including previous and subsequent URL, IP address and page viewing data. AWS will collect any comments you may send to AWS and any Information you may post to the Website. AWS may also collect Information through the use of Cookies (as defined below). Marketing/Special Offers/Solicitation from AWS. AWS may use a User’s Information to provide updates and other business purposes related to making available the features and functions of the Website and the Services. AWS also may use Information a User provides to make a User aware of new products or special offers or promotions. AWS will abide by requests from you to discontinue such use.

Other Disclosures. AWS may disclose a User’s personally identifiable Information if required to do so by law or if AWS has a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to protect and/or defend the rights and interests of AWS or others. AWS may, as permitted by applicable law, disclose your personally identifiable Information to or third parties in connection with an investigation of fraud, infringement, piracy or other unlawful activity and you expressly authorize AWS to make such disclosures.

Domestic and International Use. All personally identifying Information collected by AWS may be used in the United States or if the Services are undertaken by AWS for a foreign User, such Information may be transferred to the United States for use of the Services, or such Information may be transferred outside of the United States and you consent to any such transfer of Information outside of your country.

Merger or Acquisition. If AWS is merged into or acquired by another entity, personally identifiable Information may be transferred to such entity as a part of the merger or acquisition. Should such a transaction occur, we will require that the other entity follow this Policy.

Service Providers. AWS may disclose a User’s personally identifiable Information to contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business.

Aggregated De-identified Data.      De-identified data that does not identify a User may be used to inform the health community about trends; for AWS’s internal business purposes, for marketing and promotional use; or for sale to interested audiences. When we provide this Information, we perform appropriate procedures so that the data does not identify you and we contractually prohibit recipients of the data from re-identifying it back to you.

ACCESS, REVIEW AND MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

If you opted to receive marketing information from AWS, you may access, modify, remove, correct or update personally identifiable Information by contacting AWS. AWS may retain transactional history in order to document a transaction you may have had with AWS.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

As a part of the Services, AWS provides links to web sites operated by third parties. AWS is not responsible for the Information collection or privacy practices or the content of those third party sites. Users should check the privacy policies of any site prior to use.

BROWSER “DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS

Some third-party browsers provide “do not track” machine readable signals for websites, which are automatically applied by default and therefore do not necessarily reflect our visitors’ choice as to whether they wish to receive advertisements tailored to their interests. As a result, we do not respond to these signals.

SECURITY

AWS treats data as an asset and therefore stores personally identifiable Information it obtains using appropriate safeguards.
